I Hate Infinite Jest Podcast #13: p. 343-375, “Boston AA” with composer Ryan Galik

I’ve always been a pretty big David Foster Wallace fan, so when I heard there was a whole podcast dedicated to scrutinizing and questioning his seminal novel, Infinite Jest, you can bet I was all ears. Not long after, I was invited to speak on it myself. Jesse Draham, the show’s host, is a great guy and it was so fun to chat with him. This is a book with a troubled lineage and author, and can be quite divisive among its readers and pretend-to-have-read-it-ers.

We start chatting around 12:30, if you want to cut right to it.
